Earlier this week, Carlow GAA announced their Senior Hurling and Football Captains for the 2024 season.
Kevin McDonald, clubman for Mount Leinster Rangers, was announced as the new Carlow Senior Hurling Captain for 2024.
McDonald takes over from Paul Doyle who led the team to win the 2023 Joe McDonagh Cup.
It was announced that Darragh Foley, Kilbride clubman and all time top scorer for Carlow, will continue as Captain of the Senior Football Team for 2024.
Carlow GAA shared the news on social media, 'Best wishes to Kevin and Darragh and our two county senior teams for a successful 2024.'
