GALLERY: Kilkenny and Carlow ETB hold 'Dress to Impress' event for thirteen lucky ladies
Participants received one to one professional clothing and styling advice
Kilkenny and Carlow ETB - in partnership with Dress for Success Dublin and Optimize Recruitment - held a very special event for Further Education and Training learners recently.
The thirteen ladies who participated are all currently attending QQI Level 5 office administration courses offered by BTEI Carlow, Duiske College Graiguenamanagh, Ormonde College of Further Education Kilkenny, Training Services Carlow and VTOS Carlow and Kilkenny.
Through the Dress for Success experience participants received one to one professional clothing and styling advice.
Since 2011, Dress for Success Dublin have supported over 2,000 women with the professional clothing, skills and development opportunities needed to secure employment and achieve success.
Optimize Recruitment, a professional recruitment consultancy facilitated one to one CV clinics, where each person had the opportunity to review their CV, obtain tips on job opportunities and cover interview preparation.
This event which was held in the Rivercourt Hotel was orgainsed by Kilkenny and Carlow ETB as part of the Aontas Adult Learners’ Festival 2019.
