Gardaí stop driver going over double the speed limit to appear before Carlow Courts

The driver of the van was speeding in County Wicklow
Gardaí in Wicklow have stopped a driver going 104 km/h in a 50 km/h zone in at the R747 Deerpark, Baltinglass, Wicklow, the driver is set to appear before Carlow District Court.
