After a day of counting, when will the first count take place?

Latest from the count centre here in Kilkenny for the Carlow/Kilkenny Constituency for the 2024 General Election.

With word early in the day that first count was expected between the hours of 5-7, we're still waiting at the count centre (time of writing 7:15pm)

With news of first count set to be announced at the aforementioned time, we are told we are going to waiting anther hour and a half, with first count now expected at 8:30-9 (keeping our hopes up for news).
