ELECTION LATEST: Candidate just over 100 votes away from quota in Carlow/Kilkenny

The 10th count has been completed here in Kilkenny for the Carlow/Kilkenny Constituency for the General Election 2024.

Michael Doyle had the lowest votes and he has been eliminated in the tenth count and his votes will be redistributed.

John McGuiness is just over a 100 votes away from securing his seat and will almost definitely get in in the next count.
