Water supply cut off in areas of Carlow to allow for emergency repairs

Due to emergency repair works, the water serving a number of areas in Carlow has been turned off from 10 am until until this evening. 

Carlow County Council has confirmed that water for Ullard, Ballykeenan, Kilbride, The Pottle, Boggan, Kilcarry, Craans and surrounding areas will be off from 10 am to 4pm today 3rd February 2023.

This notice was advertised in media outlets, and also on Carlow County Council social media platforms.

Anyone with mains water and sewerage enquiries, can contact the Irish Water customer care phone line on 1800 278 278 (open 24 hours 7 days a week).

The emergency repair works are expected to be completed on Friday afternoon and the water supply is due to be back on for the February bank holiday weekend.
