A mostly cloudy day is expected today (February 16) with a few brighter intervals.
That's according to Met Éireann, which also forecasts rain in the west spreading over Connacht, Ulster and west Munster through the afternoon and early evening.
It will be mild and humid with highest temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees and freshening southwest winds.
Tonight will be cloudy and windy with southwesterly winds increasing fresh to strong and gusty.
Outbreaks of rain and drizzle will affect most areas and clearer weather will follow from the northwest overnight.
Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees.
