Carlow County Council has received a planning submission for the construction of 27 homes.
The application to develop the site at Carrigduff, Bunclody was submitted by Bunclody Estates Ltd this week (April 6, 2023).
If permission is granted, construction will be undertaken in three phases of nine dwellings in each phase, which will include two single storey and seven two storey homes in each phase as well as all associated site works.
A decision is expected by the end of May 2023.
