Gold rings and sum of sterling cash stolen from Carlow house

Gardai are investigating a break in at a house in Huntsman Cross, Fenagh area of Carlow between Wednesday 31st May and Friday, June 2nd during which some distinctive jewellery was taken.

During the robbery a window at the rear of the house was forced open and jewellery and cash taken from a bedroom.

Among the items taken were a gold engagement ring, a gold ring with a pink stone, a gold ring with a green stone and a sum of cash in sterling.

Gardai are appealing to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area between those dates to contact Tullow Garda Station.
