Barrowville Town House, Kilkenny Road, Carlow Town
A well-known B&B premises in Carlow town is planned to return for private use, with an application for change of use submitted recently to Carlow County Council.
Barrowville B&B, Kilkenny Road, Carlow was recently sold and now the new owners plan to return it to its original use as a domestic home.
Planning permission is sought for the change of use of entire building from use as a Bed & Breakfast to use as private dwelling house, all ancillary site works and services at Protected Structure CT64, NIAH No. 10000223, known as Barrowville Town House.
