Gardaí warn local businesses following incident with counterfeit money in Tullow
Gardaí in Tullow, County Carlow are investigating an incident of counterfeit money.
The incident occurred at 6.55pm on Monday 18th September.
A male entered a business premises at Market Sq, Tullow and tendered a dud/counterfeit €50 note leaving the business at a loss.
Following this incident, Gardaí are warning local businesses to be alert to this type of crime.
