Works to commence on two-million euro residential development in Rathvilly

Works are expected to commence imminently on a new development located at Father Flood Avenue, Rathvilly, County Carlow.

The residential development consists of the construction of ten single-storey block built houses and eight two-storey houses.

The scheme is expected to cost a total of two-million euro.

Construction is estimated to take eighteen months, commencing on 27th September 2023 and finishing 27th March 2025.
