'Cylcles' is a unique arts participation project organised by Carlow Arts Festival and Carlow Sports Partnership that was set to take place on Sunday, 24th September in County Carlow.

The experience was developed by artists, Michelle Browne and Eszter Némethi, with the support of community members from Rathvilly, Graiguecullen, Tullow and Hacketstown.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather conditions the family-focused event was forced to postpone.

Carlow Arts Festival and Carlow Sports Partnership said 'The difficult decision was taken for safety reasons and on advice from the local Gardai as Met Éireann has forecast heavy rainfall, high winds and the potential for localised flooding from early on Sunday.'

Anyone who has booked their place and registered online will receive a full refund in the coming days.
