What's On: Swimming lessons in Carlow for women and teenage girls wanting to learn

Carlow Sports Partnership in conjunction with Graiguecullen Swimming Pool are offering swimming lessons to both women and teenage girls.

The first programme is catered towards women who are looking to learn how to swim and/or to improve their swimming abilities in a safe and friendly environment.

This programme runs over eight weeks and includes eight lessons plus the opportunity to swim anytime in a public session for free once a week. The cost for the eight weeks is €60. The lessons take place each Thursday from 8.15pm to 9.15pm, starting on Thursday 19th October.

The second programme is catered towards teenage girls aged between thirteen and seventeen years old who are looking to be more confident in the water.

The lessons will take place every Sunday between 6pm and 7pm for eight weeks, commencing Sunday 22nd October. The cost for the eight weeks is €40.
