Free Zumba lessons open to all as part of Carlow's Mensana Festival 2023
As part of Carlow Mental Health Association's Mensana Festival 2023 there will be free Zumba lessons open to all on on Friday 6th October at 3pm and then again at 4pm.
The lessons will be held at a pop up shop beside the Barracks entrance at Potato Market in Carlow Town.
Carlow Mental Health Association's Mensana Programme runs from Thursday 5th October until Tuesday 10th October.
