Date announced for turning on the lights this Christmas in Carlow Town
On Saturday 18th November 2023, the Christmas lights will be turned on in Carlow Town Hall Car Park.
The event will start at 4pm with Mayor of Carlow Cllr. Tom O'Neill and Santa officially turning on the lights at 6pm.
'Lightfest' will be an evening with fireworks, food stalls, face-painting and live music suitable for all the family.
The local event is free but must be pre-booked on eventbrite
