Council seeking tenders for multiple suppliers for residential projects
Kilkenny County Council is seeking tenders for multi-supplier framework for the provision of design and build dwelling Type Three projects with values between €5,000,000 and €18,000,000 including associated works for use by Kilkenny, Carlow, Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and Wicklow County Councils.
The framework will be established on the back of an initial contract for the design and build of forty-two dwellings, including necessary site development works at Abbey Hill, Thomastown, Kilkenny for Kilkenny County Council.
The value of the project is estimated to be €10.5m.
Time limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 12 noon on 21st December 2023.
