Market rent prices in the south-east rose by 10.9% year-on-year, down from 17% three months ago, according to a recent Rental Report by Daft.ie

In Carlow, market rents were on average 10% higher in the third quarter of 2023 than a year previously.

The average listed rent is now €1,432, up 134% from its lowest point.
