Plans for fifteen new apartments in Graigue, Carlow have been submitted to local authority

Plans for new apartments in Carlow have been submitted to the local authority. 

Permission is being sought for the construction of a three-storey, residential apartment block, comprising of fifteen two-bedroom apartments, each with external terrace area or balcony; together with external bin store, all associated services provision, landscaping, boundary treatments and site works.

The development will include the demolition of all existing structures on site, 7 Maryborough Street, Graiguecullen, Carlow,  comprising of one three-storey derelict house (NIAH Ref. 10000045), one three-storey derelict warehouse (NIAH Ref. 10000043), and one single-storey warehouse unit.

7 Maryborough Street, Graiguecullen is the current address for Modern Tyres Carlow.

The proposed development site is located next to a protected structure, 6 Maryborough Street (RPS Ref. CT61)

The application was submitted by John Brennan on 12th December 2023.
