Carlow Local Sports Partnership receive €3k in funding due to impact of increased costs

Carlow Local Sports Partnership receive €3,000 in funding under the Sports Energy Support Scheme.

Established by the Government, the allocation of this funding is part of a new €5.5 million investment by Sport Ireland under Phase III of the Sports Energy Support Scheme.

The aim of the scheme is to provide funding that will 'support local sport clubs and community-led sports facilities to help alleviate the impact of increased energy costs.

The funding will allow Carlow Local Sports Partnership to continue to provide the local community with access to sports facilities.
