A dog that was recently left in to a dog groomers in South Kilkenny was never collected by his owner.
The owner of the dog claimed not to own a phone and the dog was not microchipped so the owner was uncontactable.
He has since come into the care of Carlow/Kilkenny Dog Shelter.
If you have any information on who might own this dog, please contact the shelter on 0599726785.
If the owner doesn't come forward within the next few days, the shelter intends to put him up for adoption.
