Carlow Gardai are appealing for any information from Paddy's Day night, where a chemist was burgled at the Hacketstwon Road on St Patrick's Day night between the times 00.30-1.30 am.
According to information from Carlow Gardai the chemist had the front door smashed and entry was gained through the broken door.
Carlow Gardai are seeking any information that may be of use in relation to the chase. Any information can go to the Carlow Garda station at 059 9136620
