Carlow men encouraged to join free walk and talk group event starting soon

Carlow men are encouraged to join Active Carlow for a relaxed and friendly Walk & Talk series for men, taking place across some of Carlow and Laois’ most scenic outdoor locations.

This initiative is a great opportunity to get out in nature, enjoy conversation and fresh air, and look after both body and mind.
The walks are free to join.

The group event will start every Monday from Monday November 8th.

This is a free, friendly and inclusive walking group for men of all ages. Whether you’re looking to meet new people, take a break from the day-to-day, or simply get out into nature, you’ll be made very welcome.
