Carlow County Council have an event for people in the local community called 'Embracing Change: Confidence Never Goes Out of Style'.
The event is on Monday, 24th November from 6:30pm – 9:00pm at The Step House in Borris.
"Enjoy nibbles and drinks, take part in our Clothing Swap Shop, and be inspired by Thrive with Lorraine, a talk on looking and feeling your best through life’s changes.
"Then, get creative with Faith Amond in our Eco Chic Fashion Workshop, where you’ll learn how to refresh your wardrobe sustainably," Carlow County Council said.
Tickets are €10 (+€1.50 booking fee) which includes raffle and refreshments.
You can bring up to 5 items to swap for five new pieces of clothing in the clothing swap shop.
