A man on Facebook from Carlow posted a video of Carlow Town Park flooded after the affects of Storm Chandra and the post said: "Heavy rainfall from the ongoing storm is causing rising river levels, surface water flooding, and hazardous road conditions in parts of Carlow. Some routes may be impassable, and rivers, lakes, and low lying areas are under pressure.

"Please avoid flooded roads, keep back from waterways, allow extra time for travel, and follow all local safety advice".
