A mother and daughter retreat that will take place in Carlow later this month is offering people the chance to "slow down, reconnect, and truly meet again." 

Organised by Laura Earth and Aura, the retreat will take place on Sunday, February 22nd at Lisnavagh House.

The retreat invites you to pause the world and reconnect, through movement, ritual, creativity and nature.

"Let time slow, let conversations deepen, and let your hearts soften back into one another," Laura writes in a post on Substack.

The retreat is a celebration of the wisdom held in every stage of the feminine cycle, from maiden to mother to matriarch.

It offers a space to nourish, share, expand, and honour the lineage of women who came before and those yet to come.

The retreat includes a welcome juice or tea, a day retreat programme that includes a lunch and goodie bag, and access to roam through acres of woodland and a lake.

A sauna can be added to the programme for an extra €18 and there is also the option of an overnight staywhich includes a light dinner and breakfast.

Women of all ages are welcome to attend. 

The price is €110 per person for day retreat.

Laura Lochab of Earth & Aura is a yoga teacher with rich cultural roots, being half Indian and half Irish.

Residing in Carlow, she has facilitated numerous sound baths, Cacao ceremonies and yoga workshops, specifically designed to help women connect with their authentic selves, nature, their wombs, and their innate creativity.
