Calls for more rubbish bins in Carlow Town

The issue was raised by Cllr Fintan Phelan at July's Municipal District meeting

A councillor has called for more bins in Carlow Town so that people have regular locations to dispose of their rubbish. 

Cllr Fintan Phelan made the remarks at this month's meeting of Carlow Municipal District. 

"We need more bins along the main routes in the town," he told local representatives and members of the Council executive.
