There was a great turn out for Myles Kavanagh and his Heritage Week 2018 talk on the history of the Royal Oak in Muinebheag Library on Tuesday night.

There are a wide range of events and activities on for Heritage Week in Carlow.

An Old Photos of Council staff exhibition is on in the Carlow Library on August 23 while a sugar factor exhibition runs across seven days, also in Carlow Library.

5th Class from Carlow Educate Together NS did a project on Carlow Sugar Factory through art and stories with the help of artist, Lorraine Fenlon.
