UPDATED: Missing dog and 'family pet of eleven years' in Carlow has been found

Thanks to all those who helped find him

Dylan Dooley, a student who also works for KCLR, has confirmed that his brown and white Jack Russell, Buddy, has been found. 

Dylan posted to Facebook on September 24 and said: "Hi everyone - my dog is missing from the Pollerton Big area in Carlow.

"His name is 'Buddy', he is a brown and white Jack Russell. He is a family pet of 11 years and is a very nervous little dog"

Buddy has now been found and thanks to all those who helped in the search.
