Carlow gym says Netflix 'a hit with members as they watch favourite shows whilst working out'
The gym is open over a month and offers over 35 classes a week
The newest gym in town is already receiving positive feedback from it’s members on their social media with the Precor cardio equipment "a hit with members because they can login to Netflix and watch their favourite shows whilst working out".
Duty Manager, Kevin Farrell, is delighted with the first month of opening for the Energie Fitness gym on Kennedy Avenue.
He said: "We have had great feedback and a huge amount of interest since we opened on August 31.
"Our classes are proving very popular with the members, we have over 35 classes a week ranging from Spin, Kettlebells, Zumba and Pilates.
"We offer something for everyone from beginners to the regular gym goers. The brand new, top of the range Precor cardio equipment is also a hit with members because they can login to Netflix and watch their favourite shows whilst working out.”
