Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind need Carlow volunteers

Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind is looking for new volunteers to help run their Carlow fundraising activities and they're holding a volunteer information day on October 23 at 7pm in the Seven Oaks Hotel. 

If you are interested in running collections, ticket sales or other exciting and wonderful events then head along. 

Organisers says this is your opportunity to learn about the work IGDB do changing the lives of people who are vision impaired and families of children with autism, as well as meeting some of the PAWsome Guide and Ambassador Dogs in your area. 

IGDB is Ireland’s national charity dedicated to helping people who are vision impaired and families of children with autism to achieve improved mobility and independence.

For over 40 years they have provided life-changing services and support to people across Ireland with sight loss.
