Revealed: Zero bids for Graiguecullen Village Centre in Carlow during online auction

There were zero bids for Graiguecullen Village Centre in Carlow - which had a guide price of €900,000 - during an online auction last Friday. 

The half-acre site includes a convenience store and forecourt with petrol pumps trading as Amber; a take-away unit; 5 x apartments, and an office unit let to the OPW.

The property was part of BidX1’s October catalogue and there were two other Carlow premises that went under the hammer as part of the online auction. 

13 Saint Joseph's Terrace in Tinryland - a semi-detached two-bedroom house - sold for €86,000 and it had a guide price of €60,000. 

Meanwhile, a detached four bedroom house in Newtown in Borris sold for €206,000 and it had a guide price of €165,000.
