Carlow residents be advised
Thursday looks cool but dry with a light breeze and another frosty night possible Thursday night, according to www.carlowweather.com.
Forecaster Alan O'Reilly said it will turn much milder Friday, getting up to 16C but also turning wet and very windy, as the charts show the remnants of Hurricane Oscar will stay out to the Northwest of Ireland but we "will still see strong winds and heavy rain".
The weekend looks milder than of late but also windy with spells of rain.
