Planning application to demolish sheds in Carlow for the construction of five houses

A decision is due by the local authority on January 12

A planning application has been lodged with Carlow County Council to demolish sheds for the construction of five two-storey houses at Penny Hill, Hacketstown, Carlow.

The applicant, John Connolly, is looking for the "demolition of the existing sheds and the construction of five two storey dwellings, to consist of two semi-detached dwellings and three terraced dwellings" at the location. 

The application also seeks new vehicular and pedestrian entrances, connection to services, communal parking area and all associated site works. 

A decision is due by the local authority on January 12 of next year.
