Macs Men's Wear property in Carlow was sold for €190,000 during an online auction on Thursday, as part of a BidX1 online auction.
The property is described as a "town centre retail investment" and is arranged over ground and two upper floors to provide a mid terrace retail building and had a guide price of €190,000.
One bidder made the offer with just two minutes left to bid and there were no other offers.
The entire property is at present let to an individual t/a Macs Men's Wear for a term of 10 years from 01.11.2012 at a contractual rent of €30,000 per annum, exclusive of rates and VAT.
The lease provides for rent reviews every fifth year and contains full repairing and insuring covenants.
