Carlow Gardaí are investigating
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after an aggravated burglary in Carlow Town on Wednesday night, November 21.
It happened in Jefferson Court at around 7.40pm.
Follow up investigations led to two men - one in his early 20s and another in his mid 40s - being arrested in connection with the incident and detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Carlow Garda Station.
The men were subsequently released without charge and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
A number of witnesses have been spoken to and Gardaí are appealing for a number of other witnesses who may not have been identified.
