Gardaí in Carlow have seized an estimated €60,000 worth of drugs from a premises in the town centre.
The planned search took place last night at 10pm. A man in his thirties is detained under section 2 of the Drugs Trafficking Act.
The seized drugs have been sent to the national laboratory for analysis.
