A company has applied for planning permission for an 8,283m/sq single storey industrial unit.
The development would be accessed from an existing industrial park access road and would consist of a two-storey linked building with ancillary toilets, canteen, locker room and offices, together with all associated site and landscaping works.
The application is by Fir Tree Development and the development would be at Bagenalstown Industrial Park, Royal Oak Road, Bagenalstown.
A decision is due by Carlow County Council on February 16.
