Carlow Fire Services evoked the Critical Incident Stress Management system in Hacketstown after a recent incident and "staff welfare was monitored".

The matter was revealed in Carlow County Council's Chief Executive's report for November. 

Meanwhile, the county's Fire Services attended 42 calls in November which varied from fires to road traffic collisions and ambulance assist.
