Tributes paid to Carlow's David Hanly, 30, who has passed away at Beaumont Hospital

RIP, David Hanly

The Ataxia Foundation of Ireland has paid tribute to Carlow's David Hanly, 30, who passed away at Beaumont Hospital on Thursday. 

David died surrounded by his loving family.

Ataxia Ireland said: "We are very saddened to hear of the passing of David Hanly, one of our founding members. At this time we are thinking of David's parents Susan and Jim, and his siblings Carmel, Jamie and Ruth and his extended family.

"David will be missed by all his friends in Ataxia Foundation.

"Rest in Peace."

David, dearly loved son of Jim and Susan and much loved brother of Ruth, Jamie and Carmel.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, brother, sisters, brother-in-law Damien, nephews Harry and Liam, niece Zara, uncle Tom, aunts Mary and Carmel, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at his home from noon on Friday concluding with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at noon in St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen.

Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery.

Family flowers only, please, donations in lieu to Ataxia Foundation of Ireland.
