The "Sean O'Brien 7 Challenges" is a fitness event for families and individuals between the ages of 8 and 80 years old.

It consists of a 5km run/walk with 6 challenges along the way that will challenge you both mentally and physically.

It's on at the Rathwood Garden Centre, Carlow on February 16.

Tullow RFC's "Sean O’Brien 7 Challenges" will consist of 7 challenges on the day with the main challenge being a 5km walk or run in the beautiful newly extended wood in Rathwood.

The walk will end with some challenges involving speed ladders, slalom poles and Sean’s Gym where trainers will put you through a short circuit to complete.

Moving on to the Maze of Ireland, you’ll be tasked with using your quick thinking to find 15 hidden jersey numbers. Finally, finish off by challenging your kicking and passing skills.

Afterwards there are some activities inside Rathwood’s Events Courtyard where you’ll be able to test your tackle technique, your reaction speed or your kicking skills.

You may even get a chance to meet the real Sean O’Brien.
