Planning application to convert derelict buildings at Governey Square to four apartments

Decision due by the local authority on March 13

A planning application has been lodged to convert the existing derelict buildings at Governey Square (former pharmacy) to four two-bed apartments. 

The development would involve two at ground level and two duplex apartments at first and second floor level and all associated site works.

The applicant is Paul O'Brien.

A decision is due by the local authority on March 13.
