Carlow Gardaí warn public over leaving unattended property in cars after theft in Oak Park

Carlow Gardaí are investigating the theft

Carlow Gardaí have issued a warning to the public over leaving unattended property in their cars after a theft from a vehicle in Oak Park. 

The incident occurred on February 8 when a woman parked her car to go for a walk and when she returned the car window had been smashed and a number of items were taken. 

Gardaí are asking people to ensure that if they are going out for leisure activities; they leave their property at home or if they bring it with them to leave it out of view and locked away in the boot of the car.
