Kim Finnegan and 'The Wild Flower Café' coming soon
Cathaoirleach of Carlow County Council, Brian O'Donoghue, has called on people to support The Wildflower Café in Rathvilly when it's opened.
He said: "Calling on everyone within a 50km radius of the village of Rathvilly and further!
"Let’s give Kim Finnegan our support and make it a success story from our wonderful little village as soon as it opens! "What a name! Can’t wait!"
Kim also runs Kim's Catering and for more information, click here.
Speaking to Carlow Live about when the café would open, Kim said: "I'm looking at the end of April or the first week of May. It'll be like your regular café, breakfast, brunches, takeaway food, cakes.
"And it'll be allergy friendly."
