Calls for Council to issue court proceedings for non-compliance with dog fouling laws

Calls have been made for Carlow County Council to follow through on their dog fouling campaign and issue court proceedings for non compliance of bye-laws.

Councillors raised the issue at a recent meeting of the local authority.

There were also requests for an extra dog fouling bin which is required at Deerpark Roundabout.
