Gardaí in Carlow are appealing for information
Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a purse and groceries were stolen from a woman while she went into the Town Park playground with children.
The incident happened last Thursday evening at 5.15pm at the Town Park in Graiguecullen when the victim had gone into the playground.
She left a shopping bag unattended - which contained her purse.
The shopping bag with her groceries and her purse was taken.
Carlow Gardaí are investigating and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them on on 059-9136620.
