EXCLUSIVE: O'Donoghue family purchase new premises for Carlow Nissan garage

The O'Donoghue family have purchased a new premises at Staplestown in the Wexford Road Business Park for their new Carlow Nissan dealership.  

The brand new garage in the Dolmen County - owned by the same family-run business Naas Nissan - will deliver 15 jobs in the area.

It is located where the old Opel garage used to be or where Fine Framers and Steeltech Sheds are now just outside Carlow Town and off the Ballinacarrig Roundabout.

The official opening of Carlow Nissan will take place on June 4 of this year. 

Jack O'Donoghue, Dealer Principal, said: "We'll be employing 15 people from the local area including some of Flynn's Carlow staff who joined us when they were let go late last year so thankfully there will be familiar faces about.

"Carlow is an area which is growing and our plan is to be here indefinitely. We are delighted to purchase this state of the art facility and are delighted also that Fine Framers and Steel Tech sheds are staying on site with us also."

Carlow Nissan will offer the full range of New Nissan cars and commercials including the fully electric Leaf, Micra, Juke, Qashqai, Xtrail along with their commercial NV200, NV250, NV300, NV400 & Navara. 

They will also have a large range of used cars on site also.

The dealership will also be offering affordable finance packages with many cars requiring no deposit.
