A good samaritan has handed in a large sum of money found outside a Carlow supermarket today, Thursday, June 6.
The money was found outside Lidl in Carlow town earlier today.
The person who found the money said it is possibly someone's rent and is keen to see its rightful owner found.
He has handed the sum into Lidl.
