IDA reveals big plans for prominent Carlow site
IDA Ireland has revealed its plans for a prominent site in Carlow.
IDA Ireland has confirmed to Carlow Live that it has purchased a site at Rathnapish, Carlow and intends, subject to planning permission, constructing an Advance Building Solution.
They say the facility will "assist in IDA Ireland’s efforts to market Carlow and the South East Region for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI)."
"This property is planned as part of IDA Ireland’s strategic building programme," they revealed.
IDA Ireland’s Property Division intends lodging planning in the coming weeks for this Advance Building Solution.
"The proposed building is intended to enhance Carlow’s value proposition by offering a high tech turnkey property solution to prospective investors," a spokesperson said.
