'Drinkers please put your sh*t in the black bag provided,' volunteer hits out at dumping

"Drinkers please put your sh*t in the black bag provided," said Cairde an Naduir's Eugene Walsh as he hit out at dumping in the old Penney's car park in Carlow Town.

In a post on Facebook, Eugene said: "Did a small bit of cleaning in the old Penney's car park and swept lots of old leaves from the parking bays.

"Drinkers please put your sh*t in the black bag provided and don't have anyone picking up after you all."
